Nicole Spracale
Nicole has over 25 years of experience in the services and technology space, focused primarily on operations, marketing, and human resources. After an extensive career in corporate America which culminated with her role as the Senior Vice President of People, she stepped away for several years to focus on working directly with CEOs and founders as a coach and fractional executive, helping them to scale and grow their businesses.
Her biggest passion continues to be creating systems and processes that align people and purpose. Known for her ability to find the order in chaos, Nicole has found a niche helping founders and entrepreneurs move past stuck by falling back in love with the journey of building and growing their start-ups and teams. A frequently requested speaker, Nicole often covers topics including purpose and culture in the workplace; aligning your core values to your recruiting process; and creating a culture of empowerment. Most recently, Nicole has been working as a Fractional COO for several companies in the Professional Services space, where is she is able to do the work she loves and is most passionate about - creating and implementing processes and programs that will help her clients and their employees grow and be successful while being purposeful and leading from the heart.
Nicole holds various advanced degrees including her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Certd, as well as other early stage companies, and mentors with StartupWind. In her free time, she is an active member of several non-profits. Nicole and her husband live in Tempe, Arizona with their daughter who is finishing up her master’s degree in Mass Communications at ASU.
