Pete Blackshaw, Cintrifuse CEO
Pete Blackshaw is CEO of Cintrifuse – a syndicate fund and startup incubator created by P&G, Kroger, Western & Southern, and other major entities in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Pete served as both the VP of Digital Innovation and Global Head of Digital Marketing at Nestle, and as CMO of NM Incite.
He is the author of “Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000: Running a Business in Today’s Consumer-Driven World”, published by Doubleday.
Pete is a 2016 Mediapost “Online All-Star” recipient, a 2014 inductee of the Word of Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame, and a 2010 Grand Prize winner of the “Great Minds” award from the Advertising Research Foundation. Pete is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Sean Ruggless, Executive Brand Consultant
Sean L. Rugless, Founder and President of the Katalyst Group, is a Procter & Gamble Brand Management alum and a former Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy of a global brand design firm. Sean also headed the Fisher Design Inc. Brand Strategy Group, where he led repositioning and rebranding for global brands.
Recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Power 100, Sean previously served as President and CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. He is also the former President and CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network.
Sean is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business and has written for such publications as Black Enterprise and the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Kimber Boothe, Pharmacy Tech Leader
Dr. Kimber Boothe, PharmD, MHA is a pharmacist, healthcare leader, and entrepreneur.
Kimber is the founder and CEO of the Kimber Boothe Group where she provides coaching, consulting, courses, and speaking on strategic pharmacy leadership.
She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She has a Masters from the University of Phoenix’s Health Administration program. Kimber is past chair of the Kentucky Society of Health System Pharmacists (KSHP) House of Delegates, and recipient of the Connecticut Society of Health System Pharmacists Meritorious Achievement Award.
Brian Potts, Lawyer & Entrepreneur
Brian Potts is a business attorney, litigator, entrepreneur, and writer, and has advised a range of Fortune 100 and 500 clients. He and his team are currently representing clients in three federal lawsuits―each of which involves claims or assets worth more than $100M. Since 2013, Brian has been ranked by Chambers USA and listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
As an entrepreneur, Brian invented the first and only computer keyboard designed for lawyers (called the LegalBoard®) in 2016. And in 2017, Brian helped found his second startup, Goods Unite Us®.
Brian is a contributor at Forbes and has had pieces published in the Wall Street Journal, Politico, Bloomberg, the Wisconsin State Journal, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Weekly Standard, and has had law journals published by Yale, Harvard, NYU, and UC Berkeley. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
